Engineering Solutions
When the CAF was faced with major obsolescence issues with their Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Arcfield Canada innovated a solution. Our Engineering Solutions team successfully undertook the challenge to fully integrate drop-in hardware replacements and station software upgrades to meet the CAF’s needs.
Maintenance & Repair
In-service support is what we do at Arcfield Canada. In fact, it’s all we do. We are a platform-agnostic provider of sustainment solutions and performance-based logistics. We provide full life-cycle management of all avionics for the Canadian fighter fleet and are the OEM for supporting ATE. We favour no particular systems, only a core focus on optimizing project performance and ensuring quality service delivery.
Counter-UAS Technology
Arcfield Canada has joined forces with leaders in Counter-UAS (C-UAS) technology to provide advanced solution-based expertise and innovations to effectively counter the risks associated with uncrewed aircraft systems. LEADERSHIP
Jacques Comtois
VP Operations and Strategic Growth
As Vice President of Canadian Operations, Jacques is responsible for leading the company’s business operations, growth, and performance. He leads the strategic planning to advance future business opportunities and scale the Canadian operations.
Jacques started his career in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), where he served as a Commanding Officer, 3 Air Maintenance Squadron (3 AMS) in Bagotville, Québec, and managed preventive and corrective maintenance operations in support of the CF-18 fighter aircraft. After serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, Jacques joined Rolls-Royce and Spar Aerospace. He also served as vice president and general manager at the JFK Service Delivery Centre for Bombardier Transportation in New York City, L3 MAS in Montreal, and L3Harris WESCAM. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and an executive MBA from Queen’s University.
