Annu Vaidya is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the defence and aerospace sectors. She currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Growth at Arcfield Canada, where she drives strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s role in Canada’s defence modernization and expand its footprint in emerging technologies.

In recognition of her impactful leadership and contributions to the industry, Annu was named one of the Top 20 Women in Defence in Canada in 2025.

Prior to joining Arcfield, Annu was Head of Sales at Colt Canada, where she led the development of international market strategies and significantly broadened the company’s global military and law enforcement presence. Earlier, at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada (GDMS-C), she played a pivotal role in launching the RPAS business line, establishing the RPAS Centre of Excellence in Sherbrooke, Quebec, and forging a key partnership with Laflamme Aero.

With a robust background in engineering, business development, and project management, Annu has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and fostering collaboration, positioning Canadian companies as global leaders in defence and aerospace.

Annu holds an MBA from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
