Brad is responsible for all aspects of supply chain management and the successful execution of contract deliverables, including performance management, inventory

management, procurement, transportation, and leads customer-based teams directly supporting on-base and DND PMO personnel.

Prior to joining Arcfield, Brad served twelve years in the Canadian Armed Forces Infantry. Currently Brad continues to serve as a Reserve Commanding Officer of an Army Cadet Unit. Furthermore, Brad provides over 25 years’ end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations Management leadership in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, transportation, oil and gas and automotive industries.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Art degree in political science and economics, a Bachelor of Science degree in business, and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. In addition, Brad has two technical diplomas in Information Systems and Lean Six-Sigma, along with several certificates and professional designations in supply chain, procurement, and project management.
