Don is responsible for all aspects of program management and the successful execution of program planning, program control, governance, and performance management.

Don brings over 30 years of dedicated program management experience and is a long-serving leader of the company. Prior to joining Arcfield, Don led technical program management and customer relations activities both domestically and internationally for military and commercial programs at L3, Northrop Grumman, and Litton.

Don earned a technical degree from Radio College Canada as an Electrical Engineering Technician, completed leadership education at Humber College, and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
