Ivana Tratnik is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 15 years of progressive experience supporting complex, multi-site organizations across the engineering, retail, and defense sectors. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner Manager at Arcfield Canada, Ivana provides strategic guidance to leaders and employees, driving programs that support compliance, engagement, performance, and organizational growth in a federally regulated environment.

Her expertise spans employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, workplace investigations, DE&I program development, talent management, and succession planning. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, knowledge of the Canada Labour Code, and commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures. Ivana has held HR leadership roles at Lowe’s Canada, Tervita Corporation, and SNC-Lavalin, where she led national initiatives, coached operational leaders, and managed end-to-end HR programs in support of workforce effectiveness and organizational success.

She holds a Bachelor of Communication and Culture and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary.
