As Director of Finance and Accounting, Jackie oversees all aspects of our Canadian finance and accounting operations—including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, project accounting, bid pricing, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. She is committed to building genuine, collaborative relationships with colleagues across divisions and acts as a strategic partner, integrating operational excellence with sound financial management.

With over 18 years of experience in her field, including 13 years in leadership roles, Jackie demonstrates resilience and a strong commitment to mentorship. Her professional background includes nine years at EY, where she developed expertise in audit and consulting, as well as eight years working in the commercial and defense aviation sectors. Throughout her career, Jackie has contributed to a variety of organizations and industries. She has specialized in strengthening internal controls, resolving organizational issues, and fostering strong collaboration between finance and operations—all with the goal of driving meaningful improvements.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Accounting from Mount Royal College and is a Chartered Accountant in Alberta.
