Jeff Rushton is a seasoned aerospace leader with over 40 years of experience across military, commercial, and defense sectors. As Group Manager at Arcfield Canada, he oversees Engineering, Logistics, Configuration and Document Management, in support of the RCAF’s CF-18 In-Service Support Program. He also serves as Design Authority for Automated Test Equipment Design Changes and chairs the company’s EHS Committee.

Jeff’s leadership ensures technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and safety operations. His prior roles include senior positions on the Canadian Surface Combatant Navy Ship Program at Lockheed Martin and the CP140 Aurora Program at IMP Aerospace. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade with British Airways and 12 years in the UK Royal Air Force.

He holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering Management, and previously held EASA certification as a Fleet Technical Engineer supporting long-haul operations at British Airways.
