LUC SABOURIN
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Canadian Operations, Luc is responsible for leading the company’s business operations, growth, and performance. He leads the strategic planning to advance future business opportunities and scale the Canadian Operations.
Luc started his career in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), where he served as Commanding Officer 1 Air Maintenance Squadron (1 AMS) in Cold Lake, Alberta where he managed preventive and corrective maintenance operations in support of the CF-18 fighter aircraft. Following being Wing Commander 5 Wing Goose Bay, in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador, he was appointed as Director A4 Maintenance at 1 Canadian Air Division Headquarter in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he was responsible for the standards and management of all RCAF aircraft maintenance operations.
Concluding his military career as the Commander of the Canadian Armed Forces Recruiting Group, Luc joined Top ACES Inc in 2020 as the Director Fleet Management, responsible for the technical sustainment of all their fleets. In 2023, he transitioned to L3Harris MAS, establishing standardized operations between Cold Lake, Alberta, and Bagotville, Quebec, in direct support of the RCAF’s CF-18.
Luc has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and Master of Sciences in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University.
