ONELOGISTICS + ARCFIELD

Strategic Partnership

Arcfield and OneLogistics, Europe’s leading supply chain partner for sustainment of the F-35 fighter, have entered an exclusive collaboration to provide in-service support services for Canada’s future F-35 fleet. The partnership brings together the expertise, infrastructure, and knowledge of two leading global defence organizations to service and sustain Canada’s next generation fighter, while providing economic benefits for Canadian businesses and workers.

OneLogistics, headquartered at Royal Netherlands Air Support Command in Hoogerheide, Netherlands, has successfully provided supply chain management services to the fleet of F-35s operating in the Netherlands and throughout Europe and the Pacific Rim, since 2019.

A Proven Model for F-35 Sustainment

The partnership between Arcfield and OneLogistics will deliver a proven sustainment solution for the Canadian F-35s, based on the successful model operational in Europe.

When the first F-35 aircraft enters service in Canada, adherence to the F-35 Global Support Solution (GSS) will require Canada to adopt significant changes in its in-service support philosophy and construct compared to what exists today for the CF-18. That is why Arcfield has partnered with OneLogistics, the operator of the European Regional F-35 Warehouse and the largest Supply Chain Manager for the F-35 outside the United States.

OneLogistics has been providing sustainment supply chain management services for all the F-35s, both based and deployed, in the European region. They have gained in-depth knowledge of the F-35 GSS, developed and achieved broad support from the Government of the Netherlands, European logistics industry partners, and the US F-35 Joint Program Office, allowing it to develop best-in-class sustainment supply chain solutions and to become one of the most effective Product Support Providers (PSP) of the F-35 Program.

The experience gained by OneLogistics as a Product Support Provider (PSP) within the F-35 GSS program in Europe combined with Arcfield Canada’s tenure providing sustainment services to the CF-18 fleet in Canada creates an inimitable combination of secure supply chain management and support capabilities to sustain and support Canada’s future F-35 fleet.

Arcfield can implement a tailored solution of the successful OneLogistics model to deliver an immediate, reliable, and low-risk logistics readiness solution for the RCAF.
